    王文玲医师将讨论埃博拉病毒及其感染（EVD）。埃博拉病毒是一种急性传染病，如果不及时治疗, 往往是致命的,死亡率高达70-90%。 王医师将详细分析此病毒的特性,传播途径, 症状和诊断。

    目前为止, 巿面上还没有批准的预防疫苗，但有些治疗方法可供选择。王医生也将讨论盖预防和EVD的控制。

Topic: Ebola Disease

In this informational lecture, Dr. Wenling Wang will discuss the Ebola Virus Disease (EVD).  The Ebola virus causes an acute, serious illness which is often fatal if untreated.  Dr. Wang will review the keys facts, background, transmission, symptoms and diagnosis of this disease.   Although no licensed vaccines are available now, some treatment options are available.  Dr. Wang will also cover prevention and control of EVD.
