（转载）岳东晓：桑兰案最新进展：2013年审判

修改状纸的最后日期为2012年10月7日。
取证截止日期为2013年2月28日。
审判的日程表将于2013年3月29日制定。
如果没有意外，应该在2013年中进行审判。

另外的插曲是：海明在7月12日递交文件，严厉指控Magistrate Judge James C. Francis对他进行残酷打压。海明的控诉可谓字字血、声声泪。但根据我所知的案例，律师指控法官的要做好充分思想准备。加州一个老牌律师Richard Fine指控法官偏见，坐了牢。贺梅案中我们对法官步步追击，但我们不是律师，不靠法院吃饭，律师的条款也管不到我们。
当然了，也有法官跟律师结下梁子，最后律师瞅准机会搞了法官的。加州有个法官就被一律师折腾得够呛。
