桑兰：是的，我有一条狗。

问答虽然结束，麦卡菲律师的目的已经达到。桑兰疏于防守，无意中透露了对海明很有利的重要信息。

如果我是陪审员，我 based on:
1.common sence;
2.logic reasoning,
3.plus person of character, moral character.
如果一个人总说慌，经验法则证明他/她的诚信度有问题，不足采信。
美国不是中国，对假话，假事 有那么宽松的容忍度。特别是在法庭。法官不喜欢听故事。

补充一下：刚看到这段，在第一部分的31页上，桑兰说刘谢告诉她一些药不能报销是他们自己付的钱，而后来保险公司告诉她都能报销。所以律师接着问刘谢有没有从桑兰基金里报销他们支付的药费。我下午没看懂。

桑黄来美打官司住在海明找来的房子。最后她们不通知海明，不通知房东，不交钥匙，也不付租金（后来回大陆在海明的追讨下补交了点）就跑了。
和海明说的相符。证明了海明在这件事上的诚实。
桑兰的律师MR. GOLASZEWSKI 处于下风。他的Objection几乎都被rejected.
但他最后和海明在翻译的问题上好像占了上风。海明实在不适合做律师。嘴巴太大。

- 桑兰这个回答，对海明是有利的。至少海明的话不是无中生有，是有根据的。
ksliu: 在没有任何证明的情况下，就看陪审团相信谁的说法，而陪审团就是你我这样的普通人，信谁或不信谁，你我都有一定的常识和判断标准，但是我认为他们不会因为同情残 ...
至于海明有没有进一步夸大或宣染，就是有，过失也小的多了。
桑兰这回诚实了一把。蠢不蠢呢？她如果说狗没有性欲，或不知道，海明方不可能上北京去抓那条狗来鉴定。
