【摘要】目的：本综述旨在确定有关老年人心理性健康干预的结果治疗研究的现有证据。方法：对2022年10月之前发表的研究进行了系统搜索。 数据搜索是在EBSCO、MEDLINE、Web of Science 和 Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials 数据库中进行的。结果：从30,840条筛选记录中，选择了12份报告。根据实施的干预措施，结果分为四类。结论：尽管结果存在一些偏见问题，但该综述表明，教育和认知行为方法似乎对促进老年人的性健康有效。

[Abstract] Objectives: The present review aims to identify the existing evidence on outcome-treatment studies of psychological sexual health interventions in older age. Methods: A systematic search was conducted for studies published until October 2022. Data search was conducted on EBSCO, MEDLINE, Web of Science, and Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials databases. Results: From 30,840 screened records, 12 reports were selected. Results were grouped into four categories according to the intervention that was implemented. Conclusions: Despite results presenting some bias concerns, this review suggests that educational and cognitive-behavioral approaches seem to be effective for promoting sexual health in older age.
