性教育对健康促进和青少年行为影响的回顾

【摘要】性教育带来了许多良好的成果，包括加强年轻人对性健康和生殖健康及行为的理解和态度。然而，由于社区内缺乏理解和对其目标的误解，实施该计划存在很多障碍。因此，我们进行了一项系统评价，以总结性教育对健康促进和青少年行为的影响。 本研究使用PubMed、Scopus和CINAHL在数据库搜索中执行评论识别。根据 2011 年1月至2021年11月发表的英文全文组成的标准，有36篇文章符合评审条件。系统价显示，性教育在预防意外性交、性骚扰和其他高风险行为方面有益于青少年和机构。 应进一步提高主要在家庭、教师、社区领袖、宗教当局和社区领袖中的意识和积极作用，以帮助建立有益和有效的国家性教育计划。

[Abstract] Sexuality education offers a number of good outcomes, including enhancing young people's understanding and attitudes about sexual and reproductive health and behaviours. However, there are a lot of barriers to implement the program due to lack of understanding within the community and misperception of its objectives. Therefore, a systematic review was conducted to summarise the effects of sex education in health promotion and teenage behavior. Review identification was performed in a database search using PubMed, Scopus, and CINAHL. Based on the criteria consisting of full papers in English published from January 2011 to November 2021, 36 articles were eligible for review. The systematic review revealed that sexuality education benefits the teenagers and the institution with regards to the prevention of unintended sexual intercourse, sexual harrasment and other high risk behavior. Awareness and active roles, mainly among families, teachers, community leaders, religious authorities, and community leaders, should be enhanced further in order to help establish a beneficial and effective national sexuality education program.
