我认为前期法院的判决是正确的，当时，很多人是一辈子挣不到9000元的，用7年徒刑加9000多的判赔，来抵一条人命，既公正又准确。但是，执行上的偏差，留下了隐患，因为受害一方实际只得到1000多元。或许这些年经济涨幅过快，也导致了这件恶性报复杀人事件的发生。

网友撰文报道的当年公开进行的尸捡，按照西方政治，是不恰当的蛊惑了死亡。

正如其他旁观人士所说，“张某某没有失去理智”，这些人实际是指张某某报复杀人时，界限是分明的，没有参与杀死他母亲的人，他是不会动的，就是当时我站在他面前，也不会被杀的……。

不要以为这里说一句“精神病”就什么事都摆脱了，仅仅是在相关执法人群认可以后，不采用法律条文规定公刑处罚。

你可以从被法院出示布告执行死刑，和与精神疾患、鉴定有关，而后发生的溺水，坠落，意外事故，暴毙等的死亡比例数，分析理解你需要的东西。

认定为精神病，只是可以为有不同的法制观点，法治水平超乎寻常，和当事人有世交，有能力救助的……，这一类人群存留一点点的政治空间。
