纽约大律师海明脚底抹油跑得快，摇身一变，俨然已成反桑大英雄，“道德底线”的守护者。新年祝福，鲜花感谢纷至沓来。

My view to this world is that human society is full of shit, including myself, individual wise. To maintain the harmony of the society, Sang Lan kind of behavior can not be tolerated. All the rest are secondary.
So to that end, I'm against Sang Lan not because she is a bad guy (as I'm a bad guy, too). I'm against her because she broke the social protocol.

- 海明从来没有翻然悔悟过，指望他与桑兰玩真的也必将以失望和被骗而告终，这是我个人的教训，我曾经为此和LAO以及博主都争论过，事实证明是我错了。海明所谓揭露桑兰也是一个假相，他没有提供任何有法律意义的、有用的、对桑兰不利的东西。恰恰相反，直到现在的最后法庭文件，他仍然是坚定的站在桑兰一边，反驳助理法官撤消滥诉条款。他所做的一切都是为了自己。先是为了自己出名，和桑兰结成敲诈勒索团伙，在没有任何证据和法律依据的情况下、一手导演了由桑兰和黄贱合演的诬告刘谢案。闹剧开始后他又开始身兼演员，起诉莫虎、起诉网友、率先加上性侵条款都是他一手所为，性侵刑事案件也至少有他的鼓动。
害人害己又海明: 这只是看问题的角度不一样，其实实质是一样的。不管是维权也好，职业需要也好，这些都不会改变问题的实质

他是一个无德、无能、没有任何信誉和人格的东西。是一个不折不扣的混账，这种人如果继续当律师是法律的耻辱、也是莫虎个人职业生涯的耻辱！没有海明，或者说没有海明这样的律师，就不会有桑兰案，至少不会有今天这样的桑兰案。
海明从来没有说过一句真话，从来没有做过一件好事：
1. 他主动联系桑黄做诬告代理。
2. 诬告、威胁网友，诬告威胁、污辱被告律师（暗说莫虎是他儿子）。
3. 第一个提出性侵条款（有他自己的话为证明）。
4. 律师代理收费上欺骗法庭、欺骗客户（桑兰再邪恶也是客户）。
5. 在客户房租上隐瞒真相。
6. 面对惩罚时出卖客户，并在人格上攻击客户。
7. 声称要到北京告桑兰，结果是骗人。
8. 率先说客户诬告是为了移民，而帮助做假的就是他自己。
9. 看到风头不对之后，有案可查出来说要为桑兰恢复名誉。
10. 威胁要状告一位姓袁的律师。
11. 直到最后的答辩还站在桑兰一边、坚持诬陷被告。
12. 保险公司协议上明显撒慌。
13. 对起诉桑兰的法庭判决结果谎话连篇。
海明做的一切都是为了自己逃避惩罚，想看到他反戈一击的唯一可能的是，让他面对最严厉的惩罚，是对他的揭露，而不是对他的“鼓励”。

- Why would doing it for his own interests without regard for others' become an excuse for all his wrongdoings? Can't we then use the same (faulty) logic to forgive all that Sang Lan has done?
