A customer bought our ACDP 2 IMMO Locksmith Package, and today reported that the BAV KAY programmer for his ACDP is not working.

Problem:
It says to connect the BAV key reader when I plug in the key reader, it doesn't connect to the key reader, none of the light comes on the key reader, and doesn't read the keys, everything else works fine with the ACDP device just not the key reader.

When I was trying to add a key to fem no lights and said add key failed No lights on BAV were coming on.

Solution:
Put the key in the BAV instead of the fem unit.
