Removing steps
begin:
A. Remove the alternator belt. For the correct steps, see Disassembly and Assembly, "Alternator Generator Belt-Removing and Installation".
pay attention to
Keep all the parts clean without impurities.
Impurities can cause rapid wear and shorten component life.

1. Use appropriate methods to prevent the crankshaft rotation.
2. Remove the bolts (1) from the crankshaft pulley (2).
3. If provided, remove the crankshaft V -shaped pulley (2).
4. Remove the multi-V-shaped crankshaft belt pulley (3).
Installation steps

Impurities can cause rapid wear and shorten component life.
1. Ensure that all parts are clean and free from wear or damage. If necessary, replace any parts without wear and damage.
2. Install the crankshaft multi-V-shaped belt pulley (3) onto the crankshaft.
3. If equipped, install the crankshaft V-shaped belt pulley (2).
4. Install the bolts (1) to the crankshaft pulley. Tighten the bolts to 45 N·m (33 lb ft) of torque
Note: Use appropriate methods to prevent the crankshaft rotation when

tightening the bolts.
