This article mainly introduces the Cummins M11 series engine hydraulic pump, sensor wiring harness and internal actuator wiring harness

 2023.07 Doosan DMS-5 Data Monitoring System Diagnostic Software

  (1) Disassembly of hydraulic pump ① Remove the two bolts, hydraulic pump and sealing gasket, see Figure 2-61.

③ Remove the hydraulic pump drive adapter, O-ring and drive gear, see Figure 2-63.

  (2) Disassembly of sensor wire harness and internal actuator wire harness 

 ① Remove the sensor harness and actuator harness connectors and mark them, see Figure 2-64.

  ② Remove the wiring harness bracket from the cylinder block, remove the oil temperature sensor and oil pressure sensor, and remove the engine position sensor from the rear of the gear chamber housing, see Figure 2-65. 

 ③Use a Torx screwdriver (T25) to loosen the actuator harness fixing screw at the rear of the rocker arm chamber housing, and disconnect the two parts of the actuator harness, see Figure 2-66. 

 ④ Remove the actuator wire grounding terminal from the engine, and remove the plug from the rocker arm chamber housing, see Figure 2-67.

  ⑤ Remove the wire connector from the fuel injector, see Figure 2-68. Label the connectors for easy installation. 

 ⑥Remove the 5 bolts and clamps fixing the wiring harness, see Figure 2-69. 

       ⑦ Remove a section of the actuator harness inside, see Figure 2-70.
