  1 Place the valve position of the housing downward.  

2 When the rolling bearing is disassembled) After installing the limit ring and pad on the shaft, install the bearing ring of the rolling bearing, install the pad on the inside of the bearing, and then install the limit ring. Pay attention to the direction of the rolling bearing ring when assembling. Then, install the inner ring of the rolling bearing onto the shaft and install the limiting ring. The bearing ring should be on the side of the gasket. 

 3. Install the shaft into the housing and install the rolling bearing. 

 4. When the oil seal has been removed, use special tools to put the oil seal into the front cover. When assembling, pay attention to the installation direction of the oil seal and install it completely. 

 5 Install the O-ring into the housing. Lip seal. 

 6 Use a plastic mallet to lightly tap the front cover onto the housing. Apply grease to the lip of the oil seal. Be careful not to damage the oil when assembling.

  7 Use pliers to install the locking ring onto the housing.

 8 Place the shell horizontally and install the sliding shoe plate. Pay attention to the direction of the sliding shoe plate and apply grease on the assembly surface to prevent it from sliding down.

  9 Install the push rod to the housing. After installing the front gasket, install the spherical bushing to the cylinder block. When assembling, the sliding movement of the cylinder should be determined Partially damaged. 

10 Install the plunger assembly onto the pressure plate.

 11 Install the cylinder block onto the shaft splines. During assembly, the spherical bushing and the spline groove of the cylinder body should be installed on the shaft.  

12. When the above components are vertical and downward to the front cover, install the separation disk and friction disk into the housing. Three separation disks and two friction disks. When assembling, be sure to install them in the correct position. 

 13 Install the ○-shaped ring to the housing. When assembling, grease should be applied to the ○-shaped ring.  

14. Install the brake piston to the housing. During installation, place the piston in the four slots shown in Figure 4-3, install the screws, tighten diagonally, and then install.

  15 Install the brake spring onto the brake piston, ensuring that the spring and brake piston seat are correctly seated. 

 16  (When disassembling the bearing) Use a copper rod and a hand hammer to lightly tap the outer ring of the bearing to the top, and install the bearing into the valve.

      17. Assemble the flow plate and O-ring to the valve body. When assembling the flow plate, as shown in Figure 4-4, position its upper circular groove to face the flange surface. 

 18 Install the valve body into the housing and install the bolts. When installing the valve body, pay attention to the installation direction. Be careful of the distribution plate falling. Do not slide the valve spring. And tighten the bolts to the specified torque. 

 19. Install the valve core and spring into the valve body, install the O-ring, and install the plug on the valve body.
