 (2) The coolant level is low. Add coolant to the cooling system.

  (3) The pressure cap is faulty. Check the operation of the pressure cap. Install a new pressure cap if necessary. 

 (4) There is combustion gas in the cooler. Locate the source of combustion gases leaking into the cooling system. Repair if necessary. 

 (5) The thermostat or thermometer is faulty. Check that the thermostat or water temperature gauge is operating correctly. Install new parts if necessary.
