RU cars

US cars

I have a 2006 Grand Cherokee but I couldn’t read it on PRO4 and the pin code is problematic. I’ve made more than ten Cherokee and I’ve never had any questions about them.

Toyota smart key

Both good, even Camry 2021 rightly adds. They all have simulators for all lost keys, read out data and write them into the simulator and the car comes up. But for Aqua 2014 the Xtool reads EEPROM without any problems, but I couldn’t write down the PH94 type.

Benz

When you have to do Mercedes-Benz the Xtool doesn’t know how to do it completely, but it can add keys for young Benz if you can get a KC501 key programmer. Xtool goes even further and adds more professional cars. I can’t smell that on this OBDSTAR.

Summary

Better to take another device because it is more professional, Xhorse, MB-Tools … If I had the PRO4 I would never learn BMW and Mercedes and never completely reset keys to Toyota smart keys.
