The 2016 Honda Civic KEIHIN PGM FITC1782 low idle speed issue has been successfully resolved using the OBDSTAR DC706 ECU Tool on Bench.
Maintenance Background:
A 2016 Honda Civic with a 1.5T engine exhibits idle shaking when in D gear. The dashboard shows that the engine speed is about 600-650 rpm. Using a diagnostic tool shows no fault codes for the vehicle, and hardware inspection also reveals no abnormalities. Cleaning the throttle still doesn't solve the problem.
Solution:
The issue can be perfectly resolved by using the DC706, with its one-click repair function for the 10th generation Civic's low idle problem.

Select ECU Flasher > ECM > ECM V31.42.
Search for the ECM model-HONDA KEIHIN PGM FITC1782
Click on [Guide] to view detailed connection methods and operation instructions.
Click “Start” and select “BENCH” and “MP001”

Connection setup:
Connect the MP001 Programmer to the Honda ECM using the Bench Jumper according to the diagram
Connect the OBDSTAR MP001 Programmer and DC706 ECU Tool via the main cable
Connect the power supply to the main cable
Read and write INT Flash:
Ensure the connection is proper, and click [Start] to select Bench mode and the MP001 adapter.
Connect ECU, read and write INT flash (TC1782)
Write INT flash, data verification (checksum) is required
Adjust Idle Speed:
Load external data, and select the INT flash data file
Adjust the idle speed to around 800 RPM
Then the Honda Civic low idle speed issue can be solved successfully by OBDSTAR DC706 ECU Programmer.
