Currently OBDSTAR X300 Classic G3 with SAS Reset V30.04 can repair some Toyota/Lexus Steering Angle Sensor (SAS) on bench. OBDSTAR P004 Adapter and ECU Clone Jumper is required to work with G3. There are the corresponding wiring diagram and operation instruction in the device system which makes your work easy and fast.

How to repair Toyota/Lexus SAS with X300 Classic G3?

1.Select Airbag Reset>> SAS Reset>> SAS Reset V30.04>> MANUAL SELECT PART NUMBER PART>> Select the part number you need

2.Check the wiring diagram and follow it to connect OBDSTAR P004 Adapter and Toyota SAS using P004 ECU Clone Jumper correctly, and connect P004 Adapter to X300 Classic G3 key programmer using the main cable

3.Turn on the power of P004 Adapter, and click [Connect] to connect ECU

It will show the collision data records in the module data after the connection is successful.

4.Click [Erase Crash]

Erase crash successfully

5.Calibrate the angle back to zero degree.

At zero degree, it will show green.

6.Once the calibration is complete, we can fix it with a tie to prevent deviation.

When loading, make sure that the steering wheel is centered and key off before installing the angle sensor.

7.Click [Disconnect] and turn off the power of P004 Adapter
