Detailed guide:

Long press the Power button and power off the device

Power on the device again

When the LAUNCH logo appears on the screen, press the Power button 5 times quickly.

Then the device will enter the recovery page.

Short press the Power button to choose

First select Wipe cache partition, and long press the Power button to confirm.

Select “Yes”

Then select Wipe data/factory reset>> Factory data reset>> Reboot system now

After rebooting, select START.

When it enters connect to WIFI page, select Skip.

Select your time zone (date & time)

Accept the Google services

When it appears protect your tablet page, select Not now and skip screen lock anyway.

Select Settings icon on the home page

Select Network & Internet>> Wi-Fi

Connect with an available Wi-Fi

After connection, slide up the screen and select APP Init.

Input the Launch X431 tablet serial number

After installing the APP successfully, open the application and all select ALLOW

Log in with user name and password

Go to Software Update on the main menu and update all software required.

Then the Launch scan tool can be used normally now.
