What’s the difference between Autel MaxiPro MP808 and Xtool D8 OBD2 scanner?

Our engineer did a detailed comparative analysis of hardware configuration, language, software, function, and vehicle coverage (model and year). Follow us to learn more info.

1. Hardware configuration:

Autel MP808 supports higher operating system.

D8 has a larger battery capacity, topology, and larger screen, and the menu navigation looked to be easier, updates like every day.

2. Language:

Autel MP808 supports more language.

3. Software Update:

Autel MP808 supports 2 years free update, but D8 has 3 years free update.

4. Vehicle coverage:

MP808 has comprehensive coverage, almost 1 year newer than D8, and released frequently update, MP808 mainstream models have basically been supported until 2023 or even 2024 (such as Toyota); while some D8 models are only supported until 2022.
