Is it possible to correct mileage on 2018 Toyota Camry XV70 VDO R7F701406 with OBDSTAR OdoMaster?

YES. OBDSTAR added this car model in TOYOTA ODOMaster Recalibration V30.31 on Feb.7th, 2023 for X300 DP Plus (Key Master DP Plus) and ODOMaster.

Just enter the Upgrade function on ODOMaster to update the software.

Connect ODOMaster mileage correction tool to the OBD port of vehicle via the main cable

It requires network to connect with the server. Make sure the internet connection is normal.

In the tablet, select Diag Program>> Cluster Calibrate>> Toyota>> Select from type or select from vehicle to select the corresponding car model, then read and write mileage.
