Hello! I have a problem with the Xhorse Dolphin XP007. It does not glide ok from back to forward. It moves in circle. How to fix this issue?

Step 1: Turn over the dolphin xp007 key cutting machine and check whether there are foreign objects in the sliding clearance of the bottom guide rail.

• If there are foreign objects, remove them.
• If there is no foreign body, please follow the second method to check.

Step 2: Adjust the two set screws on the right side against the guide rail, move the cross slide back and forth, if the cross slide smooth without stuck, immediately tighten the 8 screws.

*If 8 screws on XP007 are loose, do not tighten 8 screws immediately. Adjust the two set screws on the right to ensure the smooth movement of the cross slide before tightening the eight screws.
