The solution:

Step 1. Connect Mercedes Benz C6 to the car and computer

Step 2. Download and install the latest version of vx manager 1.8.9.0601 software at www.vxdiag.net

Step 3. Install driver and update the license inside

Note:

When the device is plugged into the computer, it needs to wait for a while for the computer to identify the device, please keep patient.

The solution also applies to VXDIAG VCX Benz C6.
