Working with ACDP Module 13, Yanhua ACDP makes the job simpler and faster to clone Audi VL381 (0AW) gearbox. The special interface board connection method replaces the traditional plugging wire method to prevent plug wire to opposite direction and wrong place. No soldering! No risk!

Prepare all items as below:

Original and new VL381 gearbox

VL381 interface board

Yanhua Mini ACDP host

OBP+ICP adapter

20 PIN cable

Step 1: Full back up the original VL381 gearbox data

Install the Yanhua VL381 interface board on VL381 gearbox

Then connect to OBP+ICP adapter by the 20 PIN cable

Short circuit the CAN resistor on the OBP+ICP adapter to the ‘CAN-R-JOIN’

Supply power

Run Mini ACDP APP

Select VW>> Gearbox Clone>> Audi>> VL381 (0AW)>> Full Backup

Confirm the ACDP device is connected to the gearbox and make sure the network is good

Confirm the gearbox model identified is VL381

Ready to read chip data

Save the chip data read out

Step 2: Full write the new VL381 gearbox data

Connect Mini ACDP with module 13 to new gearbox correctly

Confirm the chip data info

Select the original chip data file just saved in the previous step to write

Ready to write PFLASH and EEPROM data

Data written successfully

The operation guide also applies to VW, Audi DQ200 (0AM/0CM), DQ250 (02E/0D9), DL382 (0CK), DL501 (0B5). Just select the corresponding gearbox model to clone.

For VW/Audi DQ380/DQ381 0DE, ZF 8HP gearbox clone, choose Yanhua ACDP module 19.

For VW/Audi DQ200 (0AM/0CW), DQ250 (02E/0D9), DL382 (0CK), VL381 (0AW) gearbox mileage correction, choose Yanhua ACDP module 21.

For VW/Audi 0DE Gearbox mileage correction, choose Yanhua ACDP module 25.
