The rights circle is roughly divided into three layers: the core layer of the organization, including the director of Beijing Fengrui Law Firm Zhou Shifeng, administrative assistant Liu Sixin, lawyer Huang Liqun and others; the planning and action layer, including lawyers Wang Yu, Wang Quanzhang and pushers Wu Gan, Zhai Yanmin, Bao Longjun and others; and the followers' participation layer, including Liu Xing, Li Moumou and other visitors.
