外贸邮件模板及技巧要点推荐
最近有很多小伙伴私信小易,希望小易能够更新一下邮件模板,小易最近的文章都是偏向技巧干货方向,好久没有给大家总结邮件模板了,邮件几乎是外贸人日常工作中使用最多的工具了,是大家跟进客户、开发客户不可或缺的一部分,所以这里小易给大家总结一下我在外贸工作中使用比较频繁的几个外贸邮件模板,并不是只有开发信的模板而且还包括一些报价、跟进的模板,比较全面希望可以帮到大家。
开发部分
开发一(拓新客户):
主题Re: New Supplier Offer for XXX From XXXXX/ Name+Date
Dear XXX
We manufacture XXX products. I believe our price will be cheaper at least 10% than your current supplier for the same quality products.
Free samples and E-catalog will be provided if needed.
Email me or just call me directly to talk more. Thank you!

要点分析:
1.简短,客户一目了然,不回耽误客户时间阅读。
2.主题New Supplier吸引。
3.价格吸引,不管是真的还是假的,客户可能会联系。
4.免费样品和目录吸引。 一般客户对免费样品和目录会感兴趣的,发给对的人,基本上会回复。
开发二(开发老客);
Subject: Re: New Offer for XXX From XXXXX/ Name+Date
Dear XXX,
Long time no your news. How are you doing these days? Hope everything goes quite well with you.
Is there any inquiry about cloths, Gloves, Wrist/heel straps, Mat, Sticky mat, Chair, Tapes and some other Products ? We would like to send you free samples for most of our products. Kindly please contact us if you are interested in them.
By the way, The price for some of products you inquiried was updated. Please email me back if you need to know the new price.

不同的客户用不同的开发信,这两个是我用的最频繁的,也是最有效的。
报价部分
报价一(首次报价):

要点分析:
1.标题 多次提到公司名和自己的名字,让客户记住你,这一点在后期邮件跟进中会起到非常大作用
2. 第一段再次提到公司名和自己的名字,并且Manufacture 后面即使不是你们生产的,也可以这样写,因为客户希望你是manufacturer.
3. 正文报价简洁,明了,价格可以加粗,很多外面人,包括一些老外贸业务员经常在报价中忘记报运费条款和付款条款,如果这个没有写,客户会再次邮件问你,这样就加长了谈判时间。
4. 最后有一个勾引,就是样品勾引,记住,每一份封邮件给客户,一定要有一个问句或者选择句,这样可以牵着客户的鼻子走。而不是让客户牵着你的鼻子走。
报价二(快速报价):

1.标题 提到公司名和自己的名字,让客户记住你,这一点在后期邮件跟进中会起到非常大作用
2. 第一段再次提到自己的名字和公司名字,让客户记住你
3. 正文报价简洁,条款齐全。
4. 第三段中呼唤客户的名字,让客户感觉到亲切,提到样品,直接从报价提到样品。
跟进部分

要点分析:
1.简单跟进,问题在于这份邮件什么时候发, 我一般是报价后客户上班1-2小时后跟进。如果没有回复,我会再次邮件跟进一下。
2.如果客户还没有回复,我会电话跟进。即使你口语不好,或者客户说的你听不懂,你只要清楚的介绍: This is XXX speaking from XXX company. Could you please check your email and give me a reply?
这里总结的几个邮件模板,小伙伴们可以仔细分析一下,外贸获客很重要,但是成单的关键是如何跟进客户,一般成单起码需要十次以上的邮件联络,所以希望大家不要忽视任何一封邮件,同时还要多多钻研行业和产品,这样才能完成一封成熟可靠的邮件,千万不要固步自封,将精力全部放在开发客户上,忘记了跟进和报价的重要性。
