这是我在北京上苑艺术馆正在展出的一件艺术作品，是从我个人的角度出发，根据个人内心情感提出了一个诉讼概念，我认为，如果我的概念能够实施，将会对美国的对外政策产生触动，可能会改变世界发展进程。

这个作品是以装置形式展出的一个观念艺术，不能简单的认为它是装置，又因为它的展出形式比纯粹的观念艺术更具体化、形象化，所以，也难说它是一件纯粹的观念艺术。

作品全貌：

第一部分：扁鹊见蔡桓公

在透明的压克力板上印刻中英文的“扁鹊见蔡桓公”，是整个作品的总领。

文字如下：

扁鹊见蔡桓公，立有间，扁鹊 曰：“君有疾在腠理，不治将恐深。”桓侯曰：“寡人无疾。”扁鹊出，桓侯曰：“医之好治不病以为功。” 居十日，扁鹊复见曰：“君之病在肌肤，不治将益深。”桓侯不应。扁鹊出，桓侯又不悦。居十日，扁鹊复见曰：“君有病在肠胃，不治将益深。”桓侯又不应。扁 鹊出，桓侯又不悦。居十日，扁鹊望桓侯而还走。桓侯故使人问之，扁鹊曰：“疾在腠理，汤熨之所及也；在肌肤，针石之所及也；在肠胃，火齐之所及也；在骨 髓，司命之所属，无奈何也。今在骨髓，臣是以无请矣。” 居五日，桓公体痛，使人索扁鹊，已逃秦矣，桓侯遂死。

BianQue went to call on the Seigneur CaiHuan , staying for a while , and saying: “Your highness has a minor disease in your muscular interstices , and it maybe be more serious unless you cure it.” CaiHuan said: “I have no disease.” BianQue left , then CaiHuan said: “Doctors would like to cure no illness for contribution.” In ten days, BianQue had a visit again and said: “Your illness is in the skin, without treatment it will be more serious.” The Seigneur Huan gave ignore . BianQue went out , and the Seigneur Huan was unhappy again .  In ten days , BianQue visited again and said: “You have illness in your stomach and intestine , without treatment it will be more serious.”The Seigneur Huan gave ignore again . BianQue went out , and the Seigneur Huan was unhappy again . In ten days , BianQue saw the Seigneur Huan and turned back to leave . The Seigneur Huan sent person to ask why, and BianQue said: “When the ill is in the muscular interstices, to apply drug decoction on the ill part will reach the illness; When within the skin, to puncture the ill part with acupuncture will be effective; when in the stomach and intestine , hot soup for the medical will be resultful ; But when in the marrow , is God's arrangement , helpless. Now it is in his marrow, So I would not say anything.” In five days, The Seigneur Huan felt pain in body, and sent for BianQue, but BianQue had escaped to Kingdom Qin , so as a result Seigneur Huan passed away .

第二部分的局部，言简意赅的陈述我的艺术概念和诉求。

第三部分：历程 

记述这个作品的历程、遭遇的失败。在最前面放置的是我编辑的图书《我要起诉美利坚》和最新撰写的艺术文案《心灵诉讼》，打开的那页是起诉书，起诉书分中英文两个版本，分别按照中国和美国的法律文书格式编排。

各说各话的局部一：普京亮块的真实内心语意

文字：

小布什，你想在俄罗斯家门口弄导弹防御体系！我告诉你，没门！你不看看我身上的腱子肉，不服就放马过来，咱俩练练，我摔不死你。
Bush, do you want to deploy a missile defense system around Russian! I told you, No way ! Look at me strong my muscles. Disagrees, to accept to graze a horse, we carried out combat once, I would beat you beaten half to death.

各说各话的局部二：道出我的内心独白

文字：

普京、奥巴马，你们两位亮的是政治肌肉，而我亮的是艺术肌肉。我崇敬拉登，并因此要起诉美国政府；你们背后有强大的国家机器，而我只有一只玩具枪和艺术应该为人类和平发展做贡献的信念。有本事给我指派一位律师，咱们法庭上见！
Putin, Obama, you light the political muscle, and I light the art of muscles . I admire bin Laden, and therefore to sue the U.S. government, you have a strong state apparatus behind it, but I have only a toy gun and the belief that arts should contribute to world peace. You are really strong enough, allocate me a lawyer, let's meet you in court .

各说各话的局部三：奥巴马展示他的肌肉的内心独白

文字：

普京，我的前任在身材上输给了你，作为继任者，我不能也输给你！好歹我也是美国总统。看看我的胸大肌，不比你差多少！
Putin, my predecessor has lost to you in stature. As the successor, I cannot also lose to you!Anyhow, I am the President of the USA. Look at my pectoralis major, much worse than you!

从历程回望，会看到第二部分的背面还有几行简短的文字，那是和前面的“扁鹊见蔡桓公”做的呼应，也是这个作品的点睛之笔，和真正意义所在。

“我要起诉美利坚”背面的文字：

良医治病高明之处在于防患于未然。
对于恐怖主义、霸权主义，我们是该针石治之？还是火齐治之？亦或是任由其发展，待司命之属？
Master doctor's clever is to take preventive measures.
To terrorism and hegemony, we should use the acupuncture cure it? or use the medical cure it? or allow its development, waiting for the arrangement of God?

最后做下总结，这件作品无论是从艺术角度还是从政治角度上看，都是耳目一新的。搞艺术的人觉得其不是艺术，搞政治的人会对其发出鄙夷的笑。我到底是为恐 怖主义份子摇旗呐喊，还是从另一个角度否定恐怖主义行为呢？就让今后的事实来说话吧，我只是觉得世界不该被恐怖主义和霸权主义搞得一团糟，我想为此做点什么。这是艺术的力量吗？或许，艺术真的具有这种力量，只是过去没有人去尝试证明。
