池昭新评论： 中国不是美国的真正敌人，亚太再平衡战略徒耗国力

                                                -------   希拉里当总统，会让美国人更失望

       以美国当前的120%的高危负债，本应压缩70%的国防支出，转向发展经济，并加强与全球最强劲的经济体——中国的合作，进一步促进国内经济的复苏与发展，只有这样，才有望历经20至30年之后，恢复国家财政的良性循环。但希拉里当总统，以她狭隘的见识与思维，会延续奥巴马的亚太再平衡的错误战略，徒耗美国的国防力量与财力，加速美国的全面衰退。

     中国坚持和平共处五项外交原则，坚持与世界建立和平发展的“命运共同体”，在这个共同体内，各国相互依存，没人敢发动战争，没有侵略与殖民，对美国并不构成威胁。亚太再平衡战略，除了加速美国的衰退，别无意义。
  
     中国拥有世界最丰富的国土资源与最多的人口，也拥有最强的开放性与包容性。美国与中国相比，至少输掉了人口资源与宽广的内需求市场，狡尽脑汁与中国争高低，是一头牛与一头大象比力气，最后结果可想而知，美国只有尊重客观实际，回到属于它的正确位置上，才是兴国之道。

     美国的衰退，会加速日本军国主义彻底复辟的步伐，增加中国与亚洲的安全隐患。因此，中国与美国在维护世界和平与发展方面，也有着共同的巨大安全需求。如果彼此视为敌人，不仅是经济战略上的严重错误，也将是国防与安全上的极大的错误。 

      最后我想向美国人民提出以下三大主张：

      不同制度、不同文化背景的国家，相互尊重、求同存异、和平相处、合作共赢的亚非“万隆精神”万岁！

      坚决打倒危害世界和平与发展的日本军国主义！

      坚决支持中、美建立良好合作的新型大国关系！
