5月28日星期五,为了庆祝纽约Fleet Week,无畏号航母举办免费电影节活动,第一场放映的是与航母相关的电影《壮志凌云Top Gun》。
这是我第一次登上无畏号的甲板。在习习的晚风中欣赏Tom Cruise的电影,看着甲板上那么多的纽约人随着电影的情节而感情起伏,喝彩鼓掌。纽约的夏天,就这样来临了。
今年的主题是“银幕上的大英雄”,阿汤哥打头阵,后面还有凯文·科斯纳、哈里森·福特、史泰龙等硬汉。在纽约最刚性的钢铁巨舰上看硬汉电影,大男生小男生们,可不要错过机会。
作为摄影发烧友,今年我计划尽可能将纽约所有的露天电影全部拍摄一遍。下一次将是中城的布莱因公园。
注:1.放映露天电影期间,观众可以免费登上航母的甲板看电影,可以看到现场的很多飞机,但航母博物馆闭馆。
2. 观众可以携带垫子、椅子、食品进场,但不可以带含酒精的饮料。(第一场我迟到了,没有领到Bank of America 提供的垫子,后面不知道是否还有提供。)

the movies with our 2nd annual Intrepid Summer Movie Series. Enjoy a FREE
feature film under the stars on the Flight Deck on May 28, June 19,
July 9, July 23, Aug 6 and Aug 20.
Bring your lawn chairs, picnic
baskets and blankets. Guests are encouraged to bring their own food,
snacks and non-alcoholic beverages, however no outside alcohol is
permitted.
Doors open at 7:30PM, film begins at sunset, weather
