库莫：美国错误政策导致多死9万人

纽约州长库莫在今天的疫情简报会上，强烈批评美国联邦政府的“复工”政策，可能导致美国多死9万人。
库莫回顾了纽约的疫情：今年第一季度，纽约接纳了来自欧洲的300万来客，从而输入了新冠病毒，成为美国疫情最严重地区，但是现在，纽约的所有疫情数据都降到新低，成为美国疫情最好转地区。
库莫总结纽约抗疫的成功经验，指出纽约采取了根据疫情数据分阶段逐步复工的政策，他批评现在美国很多州，例如阿里桑拿州、佛罗里达州、得克萨斯州等，在复工后疫情上升，他认为这是联邦政府“复工”政策错误所造成的结果。由于这一错误政策，IHME修改病死预期，美国将多死9万人。
库莫承认，美国CDC的“复工”指导方针是正确的，纽约州遵循了CDC的指导方针，他也承认各州如何执行CDC的指导方针，取决于各州州长。联邦政府的错误，在于美国总统特朗普似乎没有要求各州严格执行CDC的指导方针，而是鼓励或放纵各州不顾疫情尽快复工，造成20个州的疫情上升。

昨天的新增病死人数减少到只有17人
病死人数是3月21日以来的最低记录
昨天的检测量高达59341人次，但阳性人数仅567例，
确诊率曾经高达50%，现在降低到0.96%

另一种政策主张根据数据分阶段复工（纽约州）
数据证明：联邦政府政府的政策是错误的

- 川普竞选委员会说，川普周六接见万人妈嘎红卫兵时，会场不需要保持社交距离，也不要求戴口罩。作死！问题是这几万人会把病毒继续传播出去。川普接见红卫兵和南韩的邪教聚会一样，不遵守CDC的安全规定，而且是在人挤人的室内进行。的确是州长决定开工，但是疫情高峰不合乎开工条件时，川普的支持者拿着枪逼迫疫情高潮时开工，川普发推支持还说是“解放”。
