胡锦涛同志在庆祝中国共产党成立90周年大会上的讲话中指出：“我们要继续大力推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣，坚定不移发展社会主义先进文化。”“社会主义先进文化是马克思主义政党思想精神上的旗帜。面对当今文化越来越成为综合国力竞争重要因素的新形势，我们必须以高度的文化自觉和文化自信，着眼于提高民族素质和塑造高尚人格，以更大力度推进文化改革发展，在中国特色社会主义伟大实践中进行文化创造，让人民共享文化发展成果。”这段语重心长的讲演，沉甸甸地压在我们做文化的人身上，既是鞭策又是鼓励。

改革开放以来，我国影视业发展迅猛，投资之大、产品之多，可谓前所未有。然而，市场是无情的，谁运作得好谁就有市场，谁能把握影视发展规律谁就赢得市场。在我国，影视业的市场与我国先进文化发展方向是一致的，那些能提高民族素质和塑造高尚人格的作品，收视率最高，人民大众最喜欢，也是影视业的主流。

为了影视业、影视文化的健康发展，青年学者李红梅女士和杨新磊先生一起合作，编写了《影视重大诉讼之实证研究》一书，这很有意义。一个从法律的层面，一个从影视艺术层面，研究剖析影视诉讼案例，从中找出规律性的东西，富有新意。年轻人不怕辛苦，脚踏实地、勇于实践的精神，我喜欢，值得赞扬。实践是走向成功最近的路，实践发展永无止境。通过编者个人阅历可以看出，他们都是把所学的基本理论大胆地运用于具体的工作实践中，积累经验后又进一步深造，然后再用新理论研究新问题进行新的实践，杨新磊当年导演六集电视剧《天缺一角》就是这样的实践过程。我有幸参与了这个剧的拍摄过程，这个剧也可以说是他的电视剧处女作。一个还没毕业的研究生，自己筹资几十万元，利用暑假就敢于承担一部六集电视剧的工作，且能顺利播出，这是何等的艰难，何等的闯劲，这种勇于实践的精神多么难能可贵！我敬重在实践中锻炼本领、在实践中展示才华的年轻人，这次他们编写《影视重大诉讼之实证研究》又是一个勇于实践的过程。

希望此书的出版能给影视界、法律界带来启迪，给广大高校师生提供学习的资料，给社会带来文化慰籍和理性思考，同时也希望他们在勇于实践的道路上再创佳绩。

I know Mr.Yangxinlei have studied theories of television and film for many years in China. When he invite me write some words for his next book The Demonstration Research of Film &Television Lawsuit, I feel a bit of surprise because he sent me a new thick book The “Sein” of Theory and Study on Image in the end of April, just in this year, in Communication University of China, why he can finished another that is also so thick in so short while? Later, I understand he began to compile it since 2002 and have accumulated 990 thousand words up to now. He is so industrious and ingenious for this book, cooperating with Mrs.Lihongmei, an associate professor on law in Xi’an.

Demonstration involves showing by reason or proof, explaining or making clear by use of examples or experiments. Put more simply, demonstration means to clearly show. A scientific demonstration is a scientific experiment carried out for the purposes of demonstrating scientific principles, rather than for hypothesis testing or knowledge gathering, although they may originally have been carried out for these purposes.

Many scientific demonstrations, including the forthcoming book by Mr.Yangxinlei and Mrs.Lihongmei, are chosen for their combination of educational merit and entertainment value, which is often provided by dramatic phenomena such as explosions. They may be prospective, in which criteria are established and cases fitting the criteria are included as they become available, or retrospective, in which criteria are established for selecting cases from historical records for inclusion in the study on China’s communication and law.
