2017年10月31日，东方文艺复兴人范光陵院士 Dr. Fan Kuanling 在上海准备好他的东方文艺复兴，一带一路，走上欧洲，中华文化播种之旅的中文，英文，法文演讲稿。他世界第一，首先把 “中国诗画合一哲学” 直接画在 “西方油画上”，造成 “诗意油画 poetic oil painting”，成为21世纪绘画革命。

2001年范光陵曾在法国，德国，匈牙利，英国等举行演讲，诗画展，被世界闻名的报纸《费加罗 Le Figaro》等评为 "大艺术家 Grands Artistes"。今年中，他从意大利，瑞士推动东方文艺复兴与西方文艺复兴首次相会，一带一路，振兴中华传统文化，打造21世纪绘画革命归来后，又不顾老迈残年，要和陈香梅主席，熊玠教授，曾祥铎教授，王鹏飞博士，姜范一陵博士，徐强教授等再走上世界，为中华民族之和平崛起，文化强国，世界和平而周遊列国播种。

這几天，美国《全球策略信息》总编辑比尔·琼斯表示，中国在国际上扮演的角色和未来发展方向都将对世界产生重要影响，不仅是中国经济已经成为世界经济的发动机，更重要的是中国为世界发展指明了一条摆脱恶性竞争，实现互利双赢的正确道路。特别是“一带一路”倡议的提出和亚投行的成立使广大发展中国家在基础设施建设方面获益匪浅，世界经济走上了正确轨道。这一倡议得到了全世界大多数人民的支持，受到国际社会的赞许。中国在减贫方面取得的成就鼓舞了广大发展中国家，使他们重新建立起摆脱贫困的信心。中国就像一艘探索之船，探索着神秘的未知世界，而这艘大船的舵手已经就位，这艘大船不仅将驶向“两个100年”伟大理想，而且也将为世界各国发展树立榜样。

席勒学会纽约负责人理查德·布莱克对记者表示继承和发扬中华传统文化方面的论述让他感受颇深。他在许多城市看到前来博物馆参观的人络绎不绝，显示出人们对传统历史文化知识的渴求。

《全球策略信息》纽约负责人鲁宾斯坦不断称赞“一带一路”倡议对世界的贡献。她在访华期间乘坐高铁旅行，亲身感受到中国创造和中国技术大大提高了中国普通人民的生活水平。中国的航空航天、高铁、计算机和人工智能等方面已经处于世界水平前列，在“一带一路”倡议框架下，广大参与这一倡议的发展中国家都能分享中国发展的成果，连一些西方发达国家也搭上中国发展顺风车。

在我们这个混乱的、多战的世界里, 我们需要培养好的种子来提升我们到美丽的世界。我们需要东方文艺复兴来融入西方文艺复兴。因此, 我特用 "种子女郎" ，"生命是战争" ，“人生！？”，“年青的呐喊”. 来画出四幅诗意油画走上世界。

 “种子女郎” 画面上金色背景代表人类文化历史灿烂和沉积，是金色的梦。东方蛋型长脸加上西方眼神塑造高尚，未来想望，迷茫和深思。身躯是对大地的眷恋，破网而出的脖子是突破和萌芽。头发是前进中的张力和平实。看到了现实中的迷茫，困惑，对未来的期许和展望，对人类和平，幸福，美好的追求。种子开放了。

生命是战争图  Life is war

 “生命是战争”  是少女的静思。在四面八方的战争机器威胁下，人类何处去？只有纯洁美丽的心灵才能美化世界。

让我们从战争中生长出美丽种子。让我们把西方和东方的文艺复兴结合。让我们把中国画和西方画融为一体。让我们拥有一个融合东西方的世界, 一带一路, 为人类享受美丽和艺术的生活, 就从现在开始。

 Fan Kuanling’s World Art Revolution European speech:

In my heart, I am only a medium poet, a small painter. I'm trying to improve myself. Many people in the world don't think so. "Dr. Fan Kuanling is the sun from the east to the west," said Dr. Mary Rudge, nominee for the Nobel Prize in literature. The distinguished former President of France, Giscard   d’Estaing', said to me, "Dr. Fan, you are the Renaissance man who brought the art revolution to the world." Respectable former Philippine president Fidel V. Ramos said to me: "Your art is world’s first. my home is your home!" Internationally Dr. Fan was honored as one of the world's 12 grand painters. I have also been a cultural commissioner and English interpreter for Generalism Chiang Kai S he k.  I also led the first cross-strait economic and cultural ice-breaking tour in 1988. In our chaotic, war-fighting world, we need to cultivate good seeds to lift us into the beautiful world. We need the Oriental Renaissance to blend into the western Renaissance. Therefore, I use "Seed Girl", "Life Is War", "Life!?" "Young Cries." to draw four poetic paintings onto the world.

The golden background of the "seed girl" screen represents the splendid and sedimentary history of human culture and is a golden dream. Oriental egg-shaped face with Western eyes to shape the noble, future desire, confused and thoughtful. The body is sentimentally attached to the earth, breaking the net out of the neck is a breakthrough of bud. Hair is the tension and level of progress. See the reality of confusion, the future of expectations and prospects for human peace, happiness, beautiful pursuit. Seeds in the open. "Life is War" is a girl's meditation. Where is the human race under the threat of war in all directions? Only pure and Beautiful mind can beautify the world. "Life!?" The black background represents the past, and the positive represents the future. Human face represents thought. "Young cries" represent the cries of the modern youth for war and Peace! Let us grow beautiful seeds from the war. Let us combine the western and eastern Renaissance. Let's combine Chinese painting with Western painting. Let us have a world that blends east and west, along the way, to enjoy the beauty and art of human life, from now on.

Pour dessiner quatre peintures poétiques sur le monde. Le fond doré de l'écran "Seed Girl" représente l'histoire splendide et sédimentaire de la culture humaine et est un rêve d'or. Le visage oriental en forme d'oeuf avec les yeux occidentaux pour façonner le noble, le désir futur, confus et pensif. Le corps est sentimentalement attaché à la terre, brisant le filet du cou est une percée et un bourgeon. Les cheveux sont la tension et le niveau de progrès.
