The company was established on October 25th of 2013, and was upgraded to Sino-US joint venture enterprise on September 3rd, 2014. Xiarui is located in Nanhua industry park of Gaotai County, Zhangye City of Gansu Province. It acquired 100,000 square meters of land to build factories, workplaces and offices, with a total industrial investment of 0.12 billion Yuan. At the same time, the Company rented 33,333,333.3 square meters of land in Xusanwan Village, Xinbei town, Gaotai County to farm quality licorice. The investment amount is 0.475 billion Yuan. The investment for industrial and agricultural construction totals at 0.595 billion Yuan. Upon completing the construction work and initiating the production, the annual output value will reach 42.38 billion Yuan with a tax of 6.25 billion Yuan and net profit of 30.5 billion. We expect a 20% annual growth rate afterwards.

They are: Qilian Nectar Licorice Tea, Qianlian Nectar Licorice Drink and Qilian Nectar Glacier Pure Water.  Other 19 products are medicines, including Ai Sike, Hepatitis B Xin, Hepatitis C Xin, etc. Ai Sike is used for prevention and treatment of AIDS, while Hepatitis B Xin, and Hepatitis C Xin are commonly used for treatment of Hepatitis. At the same time, we will comprehensively utilize resources from the desert, to combat desertification in west China, and even in the United States and the whole world. We will be dedicated to turning desert into oasis, turning sand into gold, and creating resources and wealth in the desert! After we finish the construction and proceed to production, our annual output value will reach 42.38 billion Yuan, yearly tax will be 6.25 billion Yuan, and the net profit will be 3.05 billion Yuan. After that, with an annual growth rate of 20%, we are heading towards becoming the biggest company in the sand industry!
